Provided in the following Bowie, MD zip codes only currently: 20715, 20716, 20720, 20721, and 20769. Accepting Medicare, Carefirst, and Aetna plans and requires a doctor’s prescription. Standard physical therapy copays apply. These visits are traditionally scheduled 1-3 times weekly after the initial evaluation.

I will provide a one hour consultation and written report of recommendations for home modifications for aging-in-place. Families welcome to participate. Cost $150.

Now providing annual senior fitness check-in with focus on balance and exercise program recommendations to allow for you to stay in your home safely for as long as possible. Single visit only with follow up 15 minute call after 30 days, does not require doctor’s note. $150, not covered by insurance.

About Me
Professionally, I have been an orthopedic physical therapist for over 20 years in the Bowie and Laurel MD area. I have worked in outpatient clinics, home-based settings focusing on joint replacements, and spent many years performing aquatic physical therapy. I have been a certified orthopedic clinical specialist since 2010 and also hold a dry needling certification. I have also performed home modification assessments in Anne Arundel County for over five years. I especially enjoy the 1:1 time with patients during home visits so that I can focus on helping the whole person to heal.
Personally, I have a busy family life and enjoy spending time with my kids, husband, parents, and especially our big wild dog. I enjoy being and working outside and especially helping my parents rehab their historic farm on the weekends. I love the freedom of working for myself now.
